Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to cancel their admission or withdraw from a programme must submit a formal cancellation request to IIT Patna Hybrid Programs through the designated communication channel.

• Cancellation requests will be considered only when submitted through the prescribed process.
• The eligibility and amount of any refund will be governed strictly by the IIT Patna Fee Refund Policy applicable to the programme and admission cycle.
• Registration/Application Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as specified in the respective programme fee structure.
• Refund eligibility, wherever applicable, will be determined based on the date of receipt of the cancellation request and the applicable refund policy.
• Once the applicable refund period has expired, no refund shall be payable.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the applicable payment/refund procedure after verification of the request and required details.
